How J & C Ensures Your Office is Always in Top Condition
When you hire a cleaning company, you expect results. But how can you be sure the cleaning meets your standards? At J & C Building Cleaning, we don’t just set the bar high for our team—we regularly inspect our work to make sure we’re delivering top-quality service every time.
Quality control is a crucial part of maintaining a clean environment. Inspections allow us to identify areas that may have been missed or need extra attention. By reviewing our work regularly, we ensure that your space always meets our strict standards.
1. Maintaining Consistent Quality: It’s easy for details to be overlooked, especially in larger offices or spaces with specific cleaning needs. Regular inspections help our team stay accountable and maintain the consistent level of service you deserve.
2. Personalized Feedback & Adjustments: Because every office has unique needs, inspections allow us to collect feedback and adjust our cleaning plans accordingly. Whether your office expands, adds new equipment, or requires special attention to specific areas, we make sure our service evolves with your business.
3. Peace of Mind for Clients: When you work with J & C Building Cleaning, you’re not just hiring a team—you’re gaining peace of mind. Our hands-on approach means the owner is directly involved in addressing any concerns, and our regular inspections are one more way we guarantee client satisfaction.
If you’re tired of cleaning services that deliver inconsistent results, it’s time to experience the J & C difference. Contact us today to schedule a consultation, and let us show you how our commitment to quality inspections ensures your office always looks its best.
Our Training and Inspection Process
New Hire Training:
Before Day One: We ensure new hires are prepared by having them watch 10 instructional videos on the J & C Building Cleaning process. These videos cover everything from cleaning washrooms and desks to proper sweeping techniques and more. Afterward, they complete a brief assessment to confirm their understanding.
Day One: We meet the new hire, provide them with their uniform, keys, and access codes, and go through our employee handbook together. The training begins with the new hire shadowing us for the first half of their shift, learning our methods hands-on. For the second half, they take over the cleaning while we observe and offer guidance.
Day Two: The new hire arrives onsite alone and sends a text or calls our team to confirm their arrival. We follow up by arriving about 45 minutes after they’ve started, reviewing their process and quality of cleaning. We stay with them for the rest of the shift to answer questions and ensure they are ready for their next cleaning assignment.
Day Three: When the new hire is 30 minutes from finishing their shift, they notify us. We then head to the site and conduct a walkthrough inspection with them, using our comprehensive inspection report to review their work.
Regular Inspections:
We perform detailed inspections of the full site every three weeks, after the cleaning is completed. Our inspections come with a comprehensive report on the quality of the cleaning to ensure all work is meeting and exceeding J & C’s high standards.
