All staff are bonded and insured for your peace of mind. ________________________________________ Teams While we strive to assign the same cleaning team to your property, we cannot guarantee this due to circumstances such as illness, promotions, or vacations. Any changes will not impact the quality of service. ________________________________________ Conduct Our employees will maintain professionalism in your home or office. They will not smoke, eat, drink, or engage in personal activities like watching TV or answering the phone. Their sole focus is delivering exceptional cleaning service. ________________________________________ Pets Escaping from the Property We are not responsible for pets that escape during service. If pets roam freely, please notify us beforehand so our cleaners can take necessary precautions. Cleaners are trained to close doors promptly when entering and exiting the property. ________________________________________ Equipment and Supplies We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning products. If you prefer specific products, please inform our office so we can update your file. ________________________________________ Arrival Time Services are scheduled with a one-hour arrival window to accommodate potential delays, such as traffic. ________________________________________ Cleaning Fee Increase J and C Building Cleaning reserves the right to adjust rates if additional time is required to meet client standards. ________________________________________ Billing and Payment Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods include credit card, e-transfer, or other pre-approved methods.
